I have been practising dermatology in Hyderabad for over 12 years. In that time, I have seen what happens when skin problems are treated as cosmetic issues rather than medical conditions. Patients are sold treatments they do not need. Root causes go undiagnosed. Steroid creams are prescribed without explanation. That experience shaped how I run my clinic.
I completed my MBBS at Deccan College of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, and then specialised in Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy (DDVL) at Gandhi Medical College. I was awarded Best Outgoing Student in Dermatology (2014) and presented research papers at state and national conferences during my training. After my postgraduation, I worked as Senior Resident at KAMSRC (Kamineni Academy of Medical Sciences) and then as a consultant at Kaya Skin Clinics, Hyderabad, before joining CARE Hospitals. In 2020, I co-founded Tatva Skin Clinic in Moosapet.
Today, I practise at both Tatva Skin Clinic and CARE Hospitals, Hitech City. I see patients with everything from persistent acne and melasma to hair loss and eczema. My areas of special interest include pigmentary lasers, acne scar revision, and aesthetic dermatology. But the starting point is always the same: a proper diagnosis.

Training and Career
My interest in dermatology started during my MBBS at Deccan College of Medical Sciences. Skin conditions are visible. Patients can see what is wrong, and they notice when treatment works. That feedback loop appealed to me more than specialties where progress is harder to measure.
I pursued my DDVL at Gandhi Medical College, one of the oldest government medical colleges in Telangana. During those two years, I was exposed to a wide range of clinical cases, from leprosy and STIs in government hospital settings to cosmetic concerns in outpatient dermatology. I presented research papers at IADVL state and national conferences and was awarded Best Outgoing Student in Dermatology upon completing my postgraduation in 2014.
After my DDVL, I worked as Senior Resident at Kamineni Academy of Medical Sciences and Research Centre (KAMSRC) in Hyderabad. I then moved to Kaya Skin Clinics as a consultant, where I gained experience in aesthetic dermatology and laser procedures alongside clinical work. During this period, I also trained further in aesthetic medicine, covering chemical peels, pigmentary lasers, PRP therapy, botox, and dermal fillers.
In 2019, I joined CARE Hospitals in Hitech City as a full-time doctor. In early 2020, I co-founded Tatva Skin Clinic with three colleagues. Since 2022, I have been practising at both Tatva Skin Clinic (Moosapet) and CARE Hospitals (Hitech City) as a consultant dermatologist. I consult in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Why Tatva Skin Clinic
Tatva means essence. We named the clinic that because we wanted to get back to the essence of what dermatology should be: understanding the skin condition first, treating it properly, and being honest with patients about what is possible and what is not.
The clinic was founded in January 2020 by four dermatologists. Each of us trained at top institutions across India, including Gandhi Medical College, JIPMER Pondicherry, Osmania Medical College, and CMC Vellore. Between us, we cover clinical dermatology, aesthetic procedures, paediatric dermatology, dermatosurgery, and hair transplantation. We built the clinic around the idea that affordable skin care and high clinical standards are not mutually exclusive.
At Tatva, we use current-generation equipment, maintain hospital-grade hygiene protocols, and keep ourselves updated with the latest evidence in dermatology. But the core philosophy is simple: the patient's needs guide the treatment plan, not the other way around.
What I Treat
My practice covers both clinical dermatology and aesthetic treatments. On the clinical side, I regularly treat acne (including hormonal and cystic acne), melasma and pigmentation disorders, hair loss and hair thinning, eczema and dermatitis, psoriasis, fungal infections, and viral conditions like warts and molluscum. I also perform radiofrequency cautery for skin tags, warts, moles, and DPNs.
On the aesthetic side, I offer laser hair reduction, PRP and GFC therapy, chemical peels, microneedling, botox, skin boosters, dermal fillers, exosome therapy, and fractional CO2 laser for acne scars and skin rejuvenation. Every aesthetic procedure begins with a clinical evaluation. If the skin has an underlying condition, we treat that first.
